To get a perfect Pelt you'll have to find a Perfect Ram and use the right weapons to kill it. Rams are large sized animals. There are usually a couple of them together when spotted. They scare easily. Keep your distance, using binoculars to spot, identify, and track a prestine target. When you get a clear line of sight, use a rifle with any type of ammo, except explosive, or a Bow with Poison Arrows to get a clean kill.
