HMO in dental is worse. You gotta either upsell procedures that are not part of coverage or refer them to HMO credentialed specialists who can get reimbursed more. In dental, we have saying, "if a HMO patient shows up, we lose money".

They are forcing employees to have their names on restraining orders against patients who seem to be potential problems. It is being done to me, right now.
